Friendship personality assessment

This is the friendship personality assessment. It can be filled out as self assessment to see what role you play in your friends lives, or as assessment of what a certain friendship to a best friend or close friend means to you specifically.

The results can be then entered into the friendship inventory, which can be downloaded from www.practicalfriendship.com

The questionnaire is designed to be answered fast. You should not spent great time on individual questions, your gut feeling should suffice to answer fast (i.e. within 5-10 seconds).  If you do that, you should be through in 10 minutes. As you fill out the questionnaire for a second, third or fourth friend, you will get down to 6 minutes (unless you engage in nostalgia and start walking down memory lane ;))

This survey is anonymous.

The record of your survey responses does not contain any identifying information about you, unless a specific survey question explicitly asked for it.

If you used an identifying access code to access this survey, please rest assured that this code will not be stored together with your responses. It is managed in a separate database and will only be updated to indicate whether you did (or did not) complete this survey. There is no way of matching identification access codes with survey responses.

The data will be used for the further development of this test, and for a research project 'Maintaining Friendships in Midlife'. Once this is concluded, I will delete the data unless specifically required not to do so by an ethics board of a public institution. 

If you want your individual dataset to be deleted, please contact me with the day you submitted it and some identifying data such as age and nickname submitted (or the exact time +-10 min when you did it)
